We aim to have all stock orders from the website wrapped within 48 hours from your date of purchase. The pick-up days for our packages are Tuesday and Friday. Your order is sent out insured to prevent any damage or loss on its way to you. You will receive an email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Our orders are delivered depending on destination by MyParcel – PostNL, DPD and DHL and usually get to their destination in The Netherlands within 1-2 working days. International orders take from 5 to 15 working days.

Please note that International Orders might be subject to duties and taxes that are the sole responsibility of the customer and might be billed upon delivery based on country regulations. Timeless Linen has no control over these fees.
