Our Meditation Cushion is made entirely from linen - both outer cover and inside cover, combining heavyweight linen with medium-weight linen.

Both covers have a zip opening. The outside cover made of our heavyweight linen can be removed and washed. The inside cover made of our medium-weight linen can be open to regulate the desired height of the cushion by adding or removing the filling.

Our Meditation Cushions are filled by hand with organic buckwheat husks so the weight can vary slightly between 1,8 - 1,9kg.

Care instructions

› Machine washable – OUTSIDE COVER ONLY - using gentle detergent at 40°C/104F
› Maximum spin cycle speed advised – 800 rpm.
› Hang dry; avoid tumble dry always but if ever, use light tumble on low heat.
› After wash may feel slightly stiff/firm to the touch but once it is used, it will return to its – original softness. However, you can also iron your linen for an immediate soft result.
