Our orders are delivered depending on destination by MyParcel – PostNL, DPD and DHL and usually get to their destination in The Netherlands within 1-2 working days. International orders take from 5 to 15 working days.

Yes, we definitely provide customization. The items in the webshop are available in different sizes. Do you need a specific size? Feel free to ask about the possibilities.

If you’re not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you can return your order within two weeks after the purchase date. Please mail us your request to return your order in advance at info@timelesslinen.com using the order number as reference. The undamaged product in its original packaging should be send to our company address.

You can visit our studio where you can also purchase our products on Fridays from 10:00 to 17:30 and any other time by appointment.
